Come and join us for a warm, delicious Sunday brunch prepared by Rob & Heidi King!  The menu will include a Fall breakfast hash, caramel oven French toast, warm oatmeal with raisins and brown sugar, and a delightful dessert!

Hope Blooms is partnering with the Cafe for this event to spread hope and joy through re-purposed flowers. Hope Blooms believes in the power of community and lifting those up in our community who could use a little extra love and a reminder that they matter. Attendees joining the event are welcome to take a bouquet home while supplies last.

The talented Bill Sullivan will also be playing guitar throughout the event. It will be a great time!

TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 12
First Presbyterian Church
650 2nd Ave N, Fargo (across from the post office)
5 P.M. to 6:30 P.M.

It’s a Thanksgiving-style feast!  Come and enjoy a meal of turkey with mashed potatoes, stuffing, and green bean casserole. Dessert will also be served!

We are grateful to be at First Presbyterian the second Tuesday of the month.  Feel free to park in the parking lot.

TUESDAY, DECEMBER 10

Beat the cold with a hot meal!  Join us for a pork loin supper served with potatoes, red cabbage, and cornbread.

*The main course will not change, but the rest of the menu may be subject to change.  Stay tuned for updates!



What we do

Heart-n-Soul helps neighbors share a meal in order to foster a tight knit Fargo-Moorhead community. All are welcome, no matter their economic status. This way, our neighbors who can’t always afford to visit a restaurant can come in and enjoy a nutritious meal, no questions asked. Those who pay it forward or pay the suggested amount keep our cafe going so that those who are hungry can feel comfortable and welcomed.

We love our volunteers. You should be one.


We could never do everything we do to nourish our neighbor’s body, heart, and soul without our extraordinary volunteers. Last month alone, volunteers donated over 100 hours! But we can always use more help. How great would it feel to serve a meal to someone who may not eat anything else for the rest of the day? Or use your love of cooking to prepare that meal? There are many ways you can help as a Heart -n- Soul volunteer, from dishes, to serving, to cooking.

Groups, individuals, families, there are many opportunities. If you can’t volunteer your time, we hope you’ll join us for a meal sometime!
